I’m the daughter of two entrepreneurs, and from an early age I watched how community, service, and helping others rise were woven into the way my parents built their business. I saw firsthand that success was never just about profit. It was about people.
Today, I’m honored to lead Female Founders Twin Cities as the Owner and Co-Founder, bringing this women entrepreneurs community in Minnesota to life through monthly meetups, retreats, social events, and our virtual community.
Throughout my career, from running my marketing agency to now leading Female Founders Twin Cities, I’ve had the privilege of helping build businesses, brands, and communities across the Midwest, working alongside founders to bring their ideas to life through marketing, storytelling, and intentional growth strategy.
Over the past decade, I’ve supported entrepreneurs at every stage of the journey, from the early spark of an idea to the expansion of established businesses. Through every experience, this is what I've come to know to be true:
Businesses grow best when the people behind them are supported, seen, and connected.
That belief ultimately led me to make the decision to go all-in on Female Founders Twin Cities — focusing my energy on building a community where women entrepreneurs have the support, relationships, and opportunities they need to grow both personally and professionally.
That chapter laid the groundwork for everything I do today.
In that role, I gained extensive experience in business development, customer experience, marketing strategy, event planning, and small business operations. I worked closely with local business owners, helped brands grow through business development and strategic marketing, and learned how powerful well-designed community spaces can be when they are rooted in intention.
I’ve seen how often women are taught what to do in business without being supported in who they are becoming while they do it. Female Founders Twin Cities is an extension of that lived experience. It is a place where women can slow down, tune inward, and build from clarity instead of pressure.
Through it all, one truth became undeniable: strategy alone isn’t enough.
My journey through entrepreneurship has included seasons of rapid growth, deep grief, recalibration, and reinvention.
I'm truly so glad you're here, and can't wait to build something meaningful alongside you.
I am also a photographer and videographer through my business, Grow Studios, where I have the honor of visually telling the stories of growing families and blooming brands.
At home, I'm a wife to the man I've loved since I was 18, a mom to two young kiddos, and a fur mama to our snuggly goldendoodle. You'll usually find me soaking up time with my family, chasing sunshine or lounging lakeside, diving into wellness, or rewatching Friends (again), with a little reality TV for balance.

That realization sparked a deeper curiosity in me. One that eventually led beyond traditional leadership development and into the world of subconscious transformation.
Our beliefs, patterns, and capacity shape how we lead far more than any framework ever could.
Leadership is never just about strategy or skill. It’s deeply influenced by what’s happening internally.
I supported leaders from the front lines to the C-suite, designing coaching programs, facilitating training, and helping organizations strengthen culture and performance through their people.
Those years gave me a front-row seat to how leadership actually gets lived out day to day. I saw how decisions were made, how teams were led, and how culture was shaped and again and again, one truth stood out:
For more than fifteen years, my work centered around leadership development inside Fortune 500 organizations.
When those internal pieces begin to shift, everything else starts to move differently.
Our beliefs, patterns, and internal capacity influence how we make decisions, take risks, navigate challenges, and ultimately what we create in the world.
Today, I’m honored to serve as Co-Founder of Female Founders Twin Cities and the heartbeat behind Unlock Her Co., creating spaces where women come to explore deeper transformation, expand their leadership, and build businesses and lives that feel truly aligned.
Today, I’m a Master Practitioner in Subconscious Reprogramming and a Somatic Coach, trained in techniques including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), TIME Techniques™, Breathwork and nervous system–based somatic work.
Through this work, I help women shift the beliefs, identity patterns, and nervous system responses that shape how they lead and build, expanding their internal capacity to create businesses and lives that feel aligned and sustainable.
Following that curiosity led me into studying the subconscious mind, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation. Exploring the deeper layers that influence how people think, lead, and create change in their lives.
Life and business are meant to be experienced fully, and this space exists to encourage exactly that.
Outside of work, I’m married to my grad school sweetheart and raising two high-energy kids who keep life joyful, humbling, and beautifully full.
You’ll usually find me chatting with God, listening to a hypnosis, taking a yoga class, soaking up family time or diving deep in conversation with other women.
This season also includes an upcoming move to Charlotte, North Carolina as our family follows where life is leading us next. Minnesota will always be home, and a place I will continue pouring into through Female Founders Twin Cities.
